Potrebno je: 750 g svinjskog mesa 250 g crnog luka 100 g suve slanine 8 zrna bibera 4 kisele faferonke 2 kašike masti 1 kašika brašna 1 list lorbera malo sirceta so

Priprema
Parce suve, prošarane slanine iseci na kockice, a luk na tanke režnjeve, pa propržiti na zagrejanoj masti. Dodati meso iseceno na vece kocke i pržiti ga da porumeni. Zatim dodati list lorbera, biber u zrnu, so i cele papricice feferonke. Jelo poprašiti sa kašikom brašna, promešati, naliti pola litra mlake vode i sve zajedno dinstati oko 1 cas. Dodati malo sirceta i me?u prstima šecera radi slatko-kiselog ukusa.
