Potrebno je:
- 350 g spageta, 100 g dimljene slanine - 2-3 feferone, 2 cene belog luka, 1 glavica luka
- 1 dl crnog vina, persunovo lisce, 400 g paradajza - 70 g tvrdog sira, maslinovo ulje ili obicno, so
Ocistiti i iseci beli i crni luk. Proprziti na ulju, zajedno sa slaninom isecenom na kocke. Dodati vino i mesati
na laganoj temperaturi dok sva tecnost ne ispari. Pomesati paradajz i feferone i dinstati oko 15 minuta. Ako
sos nije dovoljno ljut po zelji dodati bibera. Posoliti, dodati iseckan persunov list, izrendan sir i skuvane i
iscedjene spagete.
