Spanac se opere, obari, ocedi i isecka. Pirinac se skuva i ocedi, dodaju se 2 jajeta i spanac. Posoli se, doda
seckan persunov list, brasno i masa se dobro izmesa. Od nje se prave male snicle, uvaljaju u brasno i prze na
vreloj masnoci.
