Sastojci:

za tijesto: 330 g glatkog bra na 70 g kukuruznog bra na 7 g (1 vre ica) suhog kvasca 1 lica e era 1,5 li ica soli 50 g maslaca 170 ml vode 100 ml mlijeka

Priprema:

Staviti vodu i mlijeko u posudu od peka a. Zatim staviti sve suhe sastojke i na kraju maslac narezan na listi e. Programiram peka na veliki kruh, normalno zape en, to kod mene traje 3 sata i 5 minuta iliti 185 minuta.

. Kada je kruh pe en lagano ga umotati u krpu na nekoliko minuta. Nakon toga neka se odmotan hladi na re etki. Dobar tek!
